All real estate licensees must complete LARRC to meet the requirement to take a 3-hour continuing education course on recent changes in real estate rule and law found in ORS696.174. This course covers the basic rules of statutory interpretation, real estate license, property management license, and disclosures and includes the NAR-required Fair Housing training. REALTORS® are required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline. This requirement is in addition to the Code of Ethics training. Please Note: This course will satisfy your OREA LARRC requirement, REALTOR® Fair Housing Training, and you will gain 3 hours of CE credits!
