All real estate licensees must take the required 2-hour Law & Rule Required Course (LaRRC) within each two-year renewal period. This course will cover the OREA 2026-2027 pre-approved outline. Attorney Kevin Harker brings clarity, real-world examples, and an engaging style to this essential update. 

Note: As of January 2026, LaRRC is a 2-hour course instead of a 3-hour course. Licensees must also complete a 2-hour State and Federal Fair Housing course for a total of 4 hours of mandatory education.
