I’ve been in the real estate industry of some sort for almost 25 years (yikes) whether it’s been working in a property management company behind the scenes, managing single family/multifamily units, being a loan officer and now having my real estate /principal broker’s license! I absolutely love working in this industry. It’s very fulfilling to help someone rent, finance or buy/sell a home. These last years working on the real estate side of things and getting to work daily with a group of amazing agents, principal brokers, lenders, escrow agents and clients, have helped me learn the ins and outs of a real estate transaction, buying and selling. There is so much that I get to see and hear, behind the scenes negotiations, and learning/reviewing documentation (yes, people don’t realize how much paperwork has to be done in real estate!).  I have a wealth of knowledge and resources at my fingertips!
