This course satisfies the NAR member Fair Housing training requirement, as well as the OREA continuing education Fair Housing requirement for license renewal.

Nicholas provides in-house legal counsel to the Association and its committees, provides risk management guidance to members through the Legal Hotline, and develops programs, services and tools that help members practice real estate in Oregon competently, lawfully and ethically.
