General Membership Meeting: City of Salem Housing Code Project

Description

Eunice Kim has been working with the development community to identify potential barriers in the zoning code to housing production and possible solutions. This Housing Code Project—one of the actions included in Salem's recently adopted Housing Production Strategy—aims to promote a variety of housing types that are needed in our community.

Come find out what code changes are being considered that may be presented to the Salem City Council by the end of this year.
