Description

All real estate licensees must complete LARRC to meet the requirement to take a 3-hour continuing education course on recent changes in real estate rule and law found in ORS696.174. This course covers the basic rules of statutory interpretation, real estate license, property management license, and disclosures and includes the NAR-required Fair Housing training.
