Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to refining my expertise, delivering exceptional service across all types of properties, irrespective of their condition or price range. My personal experience with investment and development projects gives me a unique knowledge and appreciation of the creative process to get deals done in today’s tough environments. My professional path has spanned diverse regions, from Portland to areas stretching from the coast to Bend, down to Eugene, Salem, and all points in between.

My journey commenced in Portland around 1996, where I ventured into buying distressed properties, renovating, and selling. By 2002, I transitioned into brokerage, joining Windermere Cronin and Caplan in West Linn. 

In 2010, I made the decision to return to my roots in Independence, my hometown, and affiliated myself with Kampfer Enterprises in Monmouth. Overseeing around 80 properties as I continued my real estate endeavors.

From 2015 to 2017, I assumed the role of Principal Broker at Windermere Western View. This position was accepted somewhat unaware of its full scope. Like all endeavors that challenge your comfort zone, it proved to be a significant learning experience and a period of personal growth, shaping me into the businesswoman I am today.

In 2017, I launched Young Realty/Management Group on Main Street in downtown Independence. Joining my husband, Aaron, at Young Development Group, I delved into the complexities of development. I took on the roles of managing principal broker, property manager, and oversaw our development group's office operations. Our combined efforts led to the creation of Osprey Point, a mixed-use development featuring 39 apartments with ground-floor retail spaces. My days were a mix of business meetings, home sales, and hands-on landscaping work at Osprey Point.

When I'm not assisting clients, you'll often find me in the kitchen, experimenting with baking and crafting new recipes, or outdoors, indulging my passion for gardening. My interests range from muscle cars and snowmobiling to hiking and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Just as we prioritize caring for our homes, I believe in treating our bodies like the Taj Mahal —
